I believe that developing a relationship with a well-trained therapist increases the efficiency of your therapeutic session.  My aim is to understand your goals, listen to what you tell me, and observe the subtle clues your muscles are giving.  I understand that some people like to just relax to the music while others relax easier if they can talk during their session.  I will follow your lead during each session.
